Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an in-store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Hammond Motorsports will pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To request a return, please contact us with your order information and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for eligible returns.
Please carefully repack the product in its original packaging to prevent damage. Write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your in-store credit, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Special-order, discontinued, installed, or used products cannot be returned.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address within the United States. Certain products and international destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions.
Shipping charges are based on actual carrier costs. Hammond Motorsports does not mark up shipping charges. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
We proudly partner with UPS to deliver our products to customers. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
