Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a in store credit, minus a 15% restocking fee. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to make a return, please CONTACT US with your order information and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for your eligible product return.  Please repack the product carefully in the original container to avoid damage, write the RGA clearly on the outside of the package, and ship back to us. (customer pays freight)        

Upon receipt and inspection we will process your in store credit in a timely manner.  

We do not accept returns for special order, discontinued, or used product. 

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Note that there may be some restrictions to international destinations.

Once we process your order we will email you a tracking number for reference.
