Important Installation Note

Always use an appropriate thread lubricant when installing titanium hardware. Titanium threads can gall or seize if installed dry  CMD High PSI Lube

Recommended Lug Nut Installation

For best results, hand torque lug nuts to 125 ft-lbs using a properly calibrated torque wrench.

Use caution when installing titanium lug nuts with an impact wrench. An impact can easily over-tighten the lug nut. Excessive torque can stretch or damage the wheel stud and distort or damage the wheel, which may lead to component failure.

• Recommended final torque: 125 ft-lbs
• Use a torque wrench for final tightening
• Do not rely on an impact wrench for final torque
• Avoid over-tightening
• Always use thread lubricant with titanium hardware

Important: The 125 ft-lb specification should only be published if that is the torque you recommend for the specific 5/8"-11 stud/wheel/lug-nut setup you're selling. Torque requirements can vary by wheel and stud manufacturer.
